Well, it's now 1am here in Tucson, Arizona, USA. And I should be in bed, will be in a moment. But wanted to share some positive news which is continued from my last journal. I've definitely stepped into the freelance writer's world now. I've gotten one very small job under my belt (only paid about $14 U.S.) and am now onto only a slightly bigger job; ghost-writing a very small e-book. It still doesn't pay much but the reputation factor on my job site seems to pay in dividends. :-) Which means within a few months I'm hoping I can actually start planning on this being an actual job (hops up and down with joy). It's funny, I wasn't really sure

After much thought and contemplation I decided it's time to jump into the freelance word of writers. My medical condition doesn't really allow me to work full-time and many part-time jobs don't allow me the luxury of sitting for most of the time or a truly flexible schedule. So, if I want to keep writing & drawing I figured Freelancing was the way to go. Lucky me, I finished up my first freelance job a couple days ago. It wasn't a big job, really a tiny thing, and it only paid a few dollars. But my foot is in the door and I'm excited about the opportunities before me.

Today I'm trying my best to get organized. You know that feeling that your space is getting too cluttered and you just have to do something about it? Today's my day, especially since I have to find things to scan, upload and then send of into that cloud of internet space to the Department of Economic Security. Sure, I need the information scanned into my database anyway, but it's such a pain to go crawling around my studio apartment looking for tedious details they already have.  (sigh) In between time I've decided to work on my main goal in life which is becoming a serious published writer and artist. You can guess which first. LOL. I shoul
